working principle
The control device starts the vacuum motor to extract the air in the hopper, and closes the blanking valve device to generate negative pressure in the hopper. Under the action of negative pressure, external materials are carried into the hopper by air flow through the conveying pipe. When the feeding time is over, the vacuum motor stops working, the valve of the internal blanking valve device is pushed open by the raw materials, and the materials flow out of the hopper into the molding machine or other equipment.
