Introduction
ORSTE's plastic storage tank is used to store small quantity of plastic pellet before pre-drying of pre-processed. It makes the plastic plant looks elegant, tidy and clean. The standard model OST-80 can contain 80L / 50kg material. Other models can be customized according to customer's actual needs.
Product Feature
Standard Model is made of SUS 201, for SUS 304 material, can be customized.
Models end with “O” means Optical, it’s specially surface treated, suitable for optical and food grade plastic products production.
Suction Box pipe Diameter is 38 mm (Standard), Can be customized according to customer’s actual need.
Unique humanisticly designed storage tank with compact structure, the height is lower than other similar product which enable easy dumping of resin manually.
Description
When processing small quantities of engineering plastics, efficient and optimal storage of the material is crucial to ensure impeccable product quality. ORSTE's storage bin is made of mirror-like stainless steel, thus the process before pre-drying is without contamination.
With the OST-80 Storage Tank, ORSTE provides a cost-effective solution for the economical storage of all types of pre-dried plastic granules in 25 kg material bags. The tank is equipped with mobile frame (with castors) which ensures easy movement. It is made of stainless steel which ensures no contamination to the plastic materials.
