Control of installation height and material level of central feeding system
The central feeding system controls the material level in real time and adopts the method of weighing and metering. The installation height is required, and the reasonable control of material level is also the key.
The characteristics of quantitative feeding weight loss metering feeder determine that the feeding mode of mixing hopper is batch feeding. Therefore, each batch feeding of the mixing hopper will cause a large fluctuation of the material level. For the continuous and stable feeding of the system, it is necessary to implement reliable automatic control of the material level of the mixing hopper.
The normal loading state and abnormal loading state are converted according to the film breaking signal of the production line. The mixing hopper is set with high material level and low material level. When the material reaches the high material level, the total amount of material supplied to the mixing hopper decreases by 5%. Similarly, when the material reaches the low level, the total amount of material supplied to the mixing hopper increases by 5%. Keep the material level of the mixing hopper fluctuating in this range.
The installation height of feeding equipment is reduced and the maintenance is convenient. In the foreign scheme, most equipment such as weight loss metering feeder and mixing hopper are installed at a higher place (6 ~ 13m away from the ground). In the self-designed scheme, the weight loss metering feeder is only 2 ~ 3M away from the ground and the mixing hopper is not more than 5m. Therefore, the self-designed scheme is better, which is conducive to equipment maintenance. The reasonable scheme design not only meets the process requirements of the system, but also greatly reduces the engineering manufacturing cost and the operation cost of normal production.
In addition, the central feeding system is equipped with ultra-high and ultra-low material levels for alarm. It should be noted that the weight loss metering feeder should not change its setting parameters frequently and greatly, because after the parameters are changed, the feeder will automatically correct to a stable state, which requires a process, about 10 ~ 40s.
