How to eliminate the fault of vacuum feeder of central feeding system? Troubleshooting of vacuum feeder of central feeding system: if the vacuum feeder fails to feed or the feeding amount is small, please check according to the following steps.
1. Whether the system air supply pressure reaches 0.6 MPa. Air supply pressure refers to the air pressure in the system when the vacuum generator is working.
2. Whether the discharge door is sealed.
A. After long-term use, the discharge door should be cleaned, because there is a certain thickness of powder accumulation, resulting in loose closing of the discharge door and leakage of vacuum.
B. After long-term use, the sealing ring of the discharge door is worn, resulting in loose door closing and vacuum air leakage. Therefore, the sealing ring should be replaced.
C. After long-term use, the stroke of the cylinder fails, so the cylinder should be replaced.
3. The filter is blocked. After cleaning the filter with compressed air, blow the filter back with the nozzle. If it is smooth, the filter will not be blocked. If there is no ventilation, the filter will be blocked. At this time, replace the filter or clean the blocked filter with an ultrasonic cleaner for more than 30 minutes.
4. The suction pipe is blocked by large materials, which often occurs at the inlet of stainless steel suction port and vacuum hopper.
5. The clamp between the pump head and each section of the hopper is not tightened, resulting in air leakage of the system, failure of feeding or reduction of feeding capacity.
6. The back blowing system is faulty. Each time the vacuum feeder discharges, the compressed air pulse back blowing filter is stored in the air chamber to ensure that there is only a thin layer of powder on the filter surface. If the back blowing system fails, thick powder will accumulate on the filter surface, which increases the resistance and makes the vacuum feeder unable to feed. At this time, the blowback valve should be replaced.
Common problems and solutions of central feeding system:
1. Abnormal material shortage of suction bucket of forming machine
① Check whether there is no raw material in the drying drum
② Check whether the raw material pipe number is selected correctly
③ Check whether the pipe on the selection station is connected properly
④ Check whether the sensitivity of photoelectric switch is normal
⑤ Check whether the solenoid valve of the cut-off valve is normal
2. Fan overload
① Whether the power supply voltage is normal 380V
② Check whether the contactor and thermal relay are normal
③ Check whether the exhaust valve and the selector valve of the fan are normal
④ Check whether the pipeline is blocked, resulting in excessive load
⑤ Check whether the fan is stuck and measure whether the resistance of the fan is normal
3. There is suction action, but there is no suction or the suction is not smooth
① Check the air shutoff valve in the negative pressure pipeline for air leakage
② Check whether the filter in the pulse dust collector is blocked by dust
③ Check the exhaust valve on the pulse dust collector for air leakage
④ Check whether the upper cover of the suction bucket is covered properly
4. Fan does not start
① Check whether the switch of each suction bucket is turned on and operate in the setting screen
② Check whether the intermediate relay in the electric cabinet is normal
③ Check whether all suction buckets are full
④ Check whether the fan is set to manual
The above about how to eliminate the faults of the vacuum feeder of the central feeding system and the common problems of the central feeding system, common faults and solutions are shared here. I hope you will understand.
